Business Development Manager
About Image Sensing Systems:
At Image Sensing Systems, we develop intelligent solutions that help transportation agencies better understand and manage what’s happening on their roadways. By turning complex traffic data into clear, actionable insights, our technology supports safer intersections, smoother travel, and more responsive infrastructure. By connecting hardware, software, and data, we help communities create safer, more efficient ways for people to travel every day.
We’re a team that values practical innovation, curiosity, and impact. Our people turn complex, real-world transportation challenges into solutions that help communities operate more safely and efficiently. If you are motivated by building relationships, creating new opportunities, and applying technology where it matters, you will find both challenge and purpose here.

As Business Development Manager, you will expand adoption of Autoscope Analytics by building trusted relationships with transportation consulting firms and helping them integrate our capabilities into their project workflows. You will identify where behavioral traffic data and video analytics can strengthen client work, support early proposals and studies, and help consultant teams become confident, autonomous users of the platform. You're joining at a point where this type of data is changing what's possible in transportation consulting, and you'll have meaningful influence over how that market develops.
