Image Sensing Systems Announces Third-Quarter 2012 Earnings Release Conference Call Information

Saint Paul, Minn., October 19, 2012 – Image Sensing Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISNS) plans to distribute its earnings results for the third-quarter ended September 30, 2012 after the close of trading on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.

Following the release, the company will hold an investment community conference call at 3:45 p.m. CDT. Kris Tufto, interim chief executive officer, and Greg Smith, chief financial officer, will review Image Sensing Systems’ performance for the quarter.
