(ISS) (Nasdaq SmallCap: ISNS) announced today that it has formalized an exclusive Autoscope distribution agreement with Golden River Traffic Ltd. for the distribution of the entire family of Autoscope products in Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Golden River Traffic Ltd., based in Oxfordshire, England, has been at the forefront of traffic monitoring in the United Kingdom for more than 25 years, and was the first company to introduce many innovations in vehicle detection and traffic data collection since 1982. The firm has long-established working relationships with a number of key industry associations including ITS U.K., ARTSM, TRL Foundation, EITAC, BSI and ISO, of which Golden River Traffic is a member of the TC204 Transport Telematics Committee.
