This position is located in our office in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Position Purpose:

The candidate will be assisting in all aspects of the marketing department operations including support, development and distribution of sales materials. This candidate should have strong communication skills, be detailed oriented, creative and a team player.  This position is for 8-10 hours/week.

Essential Position Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in trade show coordination
  • Proofreading marketing materials
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Handle requests for marketing and investor relations literature
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis
  • Communicate effectively with staff, external partners and distributors
  • Assist in management and update social media programs
  • Assist in keeping marketing collateral current in paper and electronic form
  • Assist in creating email campaigns and drip campaigns
  • Assist with lead generation programs including assigning leads to the appropriate Sales manager

Education and Experience/Skills Requirements:

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or equivalent experience is required
  • Strong proofreading, grammar and copywriting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Need a strong appreciation of the importance of completing tasks on time
  • Professional level of organization
  • Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently
  • Knowledge of the following computer programs: Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat

Desirable Skills/Attributes:

  • Preferably have a working knowledge of graphics and printing programs
  • Prefer knowledge in any of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, SalesForce, and Act-On

Physical Demands:

  • Should be able to work comfortably in a typical office environment.
  • Should be able to travel nationally and internationally. 
  • Some minor lifting may be required.
