Ken Aubrey - President and CEO
Mr. Aubrey was appointed President in January 2007. From 1995 to 2006, Mr. Aubrey held various positions with Siemens, most recently as a business unit vice president of Siemens' ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) Division, Industrial Solutions & Services Group. He concurrently managed Strategic Projects for the ITS Division. Prior to this, Aubrey served as a vice president of Strategic Projects for Siemens' Information and Communication Networks Group in which he focused on merger & acquisition projects.
Greg Smith - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Smith was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in January 2007. From 2002 through 2006, Mr. Smith was Chief Financial Officer of MQSoftware, Inc., a privately-held systems management software developer. Prior to that, he served as a vice president for Digital River, Inc., a publicly-held e-commerce outsourcing provider and was a CPA with Ernst & Young LLP.
Mats Johan Billow - Managing Director, Flow Traffic Ltd.
Mr. Billow was appointed Managing Director of our wholly-owned subsidiary Flow Traffic Ltd. in June 2002 and became Vice President for Asian International Business of ISS in February 2002. Mr. Billow founded Flow Traffic in 1998 and served as its General Manager from its inception through June 2002. Between 1996 and 1998, Mr. Billow was the General Manager of Peek Ltd., the Asia-Pacific arm of Peek's traffic business in East Asia. During this time he managed Peek's Chinese joint venture business and various traffic projects funded by the World Bank and Asian Development Bank.
Graham P. Heywood - General Manager, ISS Europe Ltd.
Mr. Heywood has been Managing Director for ISS Europe since the beginning of 2002. He had previously been working as a consultant to ISS, to develop a strategy for building an ISS presence in the EU. Mr. Heywood was previously employed as Operations Director from 1994 to 2001 by Peek Traffic Systems based in Tallahassee, Florida. Mr. Heywood was a senior Director for Peek Traffic in the U.K. from 1991 to 1994. He has been instrumental in the successful market development of several other U.K. technology companies at Director level, including Smiths Industries, Plessey Aerospace and M.L. Lifeguard. Mr. Heywood, a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical Engineers, has sat on many I.E.E. committees, including the membership committee and the Standing Committee 'A'. He is a certified Lead Quality Assessor for ISO 9000 and has served as an adjunct professor of Reading University.
Dan Manor - Managing Director, ISS Canada Ltd.
Mr. Manor was appointed Managing Director of ISS Image Sensing Systems Canada Ltd. upon ISS’ purchase of selected assets from EIS Electronic Integrated Systems, Inc. (EIS) in December 2007. Mr. Manor is the founder of EIS and served as its president from 1990 to 2007. Mr. Manor has over 30 years of experience in the design, manufacturing and installation of sophisticated radar, microwaves and other sensors, including eight years at ELTA, the electronic development subsidiary of Israel Aircraft Industries.

James Murdakes - Chairman of the Board
Mr. Murdakes was President and CEO from 2002 to 2007. He also has been on our board of directors since March 1994 and was elected Chairman in 2002. Mr. Murdakes spent 25 years with Control Data (CDC) of Minneapolis in a number of senior management positions. Upon retirement from CDC in June 1987, he was appointed President and CEO of Clyde Digital, a software company located in Orem, Utah. Following Clyde's merger with Raxco, of Rockville, Maryland, he served as President and CEO of LSC, a Minneapolis systems integrator for network storage servers from 1993 through 1996. Mr. Murdakes is also a director of Comtrol Corporation, a private corporation providing data communications products.
James W. Bracke - Director
Mr. Bracke was named a director in March 2009. Mr. Bracke has been the President of Boulder Creek Consulting, LLC, a business and technology consulting firm, since 2007. From 2004 to 2006, he was Vice President of EPIEN Medical, Inc., a privately-held medical device company. From 1983 to 2004, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and an officer of Lifecore Biomedical, Inc., a publicly-held medical device manufacturer. Mr. Bracke is also a director of HickoryTech Corporation, a publicly-held company. Mr. Bracke is a member of the Audit Committee.
Michael G. Eleftheriou - Director
Mr. Eleftheriou has been a director since 2002. Mr. Eleftheriou has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Zomax, a privately-held provider of media replication and duplication services, since August 2008. From October 2007 to July 2008, he was Executive Advisor for The Com Vest Group, a private equity firm. From June 2005 to September 2007, he was President and CEO of Catalyst International, Inc., a privately-held company focused on software products and services in Supply Chain Execution and Management. From November 2004 to June 2005, Mr. Eleftheriou served as Executive Vice President at NJK Holding, a Minneapolis-based privately-held investment company. From July 2001 until July 2004, Mr. Eleftheriou served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Creative Publishing International, a Minneapolis-based publisher, and served as interim President of Imaging Acceptance Corporation, the successor company, thru October 2004. Prior to this, Mr. Eleftheriou held senior management positions with Control Data Systems, Inc., British Telecommunications plc and Control Data Corporation. Mr. Eleftheriou is chairman of the compensation and stock option Committee and is a member of the audit committee.
Panos G. Michalopoulos - Director
Dr. Michalopoulos has been a director since 1984. Dr. Michalopoulos, our founder, was Chairman of the Board of ISS from our inception in 1984 through 1999, and served as Chief Scientific Advisor from 1995 through 2000. Since 1977, Dr. Michalopoulos has been a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Michalopoulos has more than 35 years of research, teaching, and consulting experience in traffic engineering operations and control. He has taught at several universities, consulted with many firms in the United States and abroad and has worked as a traffic engineer. He is internationally recognized for his contributions in traffic flow theory, management and control. Dr. Michalopoulos is chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance committee and a member of the compensation and stock option committee.
Sven Wehrwein - Director
Mr. Wehrwein has been a director since 2006 and has over 30 years experience in finance, accounting, and investment banking, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of InStent, Inc. and Digi International. Since 1999, he has provided financing-consulting services for emerging growth companies. Mr. Wehrwein also serves on the Boards of Directors of Synovis Life Technologies, Uroplasty, Inc., and Vital Images, Inc. Mr. Wehrwein is a member of the nominating, audit and compensation and stock option committees.
